It is also my uncle Deven's birthday
We sat out on the patio and it was so cool sitting in the mountains at night with the twinkle lights.

Huddy learns how to ride

Without training wheels
While we were at Pine View Hudson learned how to ride without his training wheels.  It only took a couple of times for Jon to run holding the back. Then he didn't want to stop!

PINE VIEW

We did our annual trip to Pine View and it is one of my favorite places on earth!

Hangin on the Beach

At the campsite
This view is what I love to remember.  I love to be able to camp while overlooking the lake after we have played in it.
We had lots of fun and there were lots of people.
Can't wait until next year.

Oh how 10 years fly by

10 years with Jon & Meagan Evans

Jon & I met in October 1999 on a blind set up at Liquid Joe's bar.  It was really loud with a band that we saw frequently and Kaysee introduced us.  I said "hi" and he said "hey" and that was all that was said that night.
Then we went on a group outing to Frightmares at Lagoon, we rode rides together which forced us to talk and touch each other ( we were on rides at lagoon people).  Then after that he called me and asked me out on a date.  We went on our first official date on November 5, 1999.  We ate at Training Table, and I remember I ate all of my food and Jon was the one who took half of his home! Then we went to see House on Haunted Hill and I waited and waited for him to hold my hand but it did not happen.
We were engaged on April 28, 2000.  He drove me to Sugarhouse Park and pulled over by where the rose garden is and got down on his knee and :popped the question".  I of course said yes and then the wedding planning began.
On September 9, 2000 we were married at the Shalamar Reception Center (it no longer exists) This was our invitation picture (oh how we have changed!) Look at the excitement in our eyes for what was too come!

And here is a kiss from our special day!
There have been a lot of ups and a lot of downs but we have made it this far and I know that we will make it much further because we have a love for each other that could never be found with anyone else.

Here is to...
1 Apartment
1 Townhouse
2 Houses
2 Boys
1 Miscarriage
2 Jobs for Jon
5 Jobs for Meagan
1 Robbery
A few cars
4 5 6 Dogs
3 Siblings weddings
7 Tattoos
5 Nephews and Nieces being born
1 grandparent's death
...and to many many more ups and downs!

Love you lots and lots Jonny Boy

My Boys

Look how cute these boys are! I love them all very much and am glad that they are in my life.  They all bring something special to the table.  Even though they can all be a pain in my booty sometimes, they are way too cute to mad at for too long!
Thank you boys for all that you do and give!

First Grade

Hudson started First Grade today. He gets to go all day now and even have lunch!  He is excited to go back to school and see all of his friends he made last year.

I just love this kid, but he is growing way too fast!

Day at the beach

ROCKPORT
We went up to Rockport Reservoir for the day and the kids had lots of fun playing on the beach and in the water.  Grady even rode on the tube and did not want to get off of it.

I absolutely love to just be on the beach enjoying the sun and the water.  It is probably one of my favorite things to do.

Molly & Me

This is Molly.
We rescued her from the Murray shelter.  She is the most mello chill dog I have ever met.  I think she might be my soul dog mate!
I know I know, you can't believe I am saying this, but I am actually the one who took us to the shelter and decided to bring her home.  (what is wrong with me?)
She also LOVES the water.  We have always wanted a dog who wants to go in the lake, and now we have one.

We do not have Skeeter anymore.  We gave him to Jon's sisters family and he fits in with them very nicely.  He was just way too hyper for us.  We have decided we are not little dog people.

Accidents & Trials

Many things have been happening around me to family & friends and friends of family and family of friends.

Here are things that have happened all in the past 2 weeks:
Quadruple Bypass Surgery
Suicide
Jet Ski accident
Twins trying to come too early
High fever causing seizure and ambulance ride
Broken bones
Drowning

There are so many things going through my mind. Heartache, worry, sorrow, and so many more emotions. And I am not even directly involved in any of this, so I can only imagine the emotions going on in them.

I have had all of these people and their families in my thoughts a and prayers.
I know that God's will will be done and I know that he is always there and wants us to
"Be joyful always: pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God's will for you in Jesus Christ" (1 Thessalonians 5:16-18)

If you would all put these people and their families in your prayers I would really appreciate it and I know God wants to hear from you no matter what is going on in your life whether good or bad, so make sure you are praying always.

Life is filled with highs and lows, and God is there during them all. At times His will for our lives is very clear and at other times I think He wants us to seek Him and wait for Him to make it clear. It's during the seeking and waiting that we must hold on to our hope in Christ and claim the peace He offers us.

Take me out to the ball game

BEES GAME
Saturday night we went to the Bees game.  Grady always says he wants "to go to da bees game" and gets so excited to go and then when we get there he is very wiggily and doesn't even watch the game.  He is so totally opposite of Hudson who has sat through movies, games, etc. since he was 2.  Good thing
he is such a cutie!
The famous chicken was at this game and was causing all sorts of havic.  Grady did watch that chicken closely and kept wanting to give him & the bee a hug.
After the game was over (which they lost) the kids got to run the bases
