This Easter weekend was filled with family, friends and fellowship.

Little Miss Piper

Little Miss Pipie Pants decided that she needed to come 2 1/2 weeks early while we were on vacation.  Unfortunately I was not able to be there for her birth but she came anyways and she is just the cutest little thing EVER!

I cannot believe my little brother is a daddy! And boy does that little girl have him wrapped around her tiny finger. 

We definitely had to stop by first thing on out way home from Vegas!

This year from Monster Jam we decided to "Double Down". This basically means we are just red neckin' it a bit more than we usually do!

February 2012

Valentine's Day

Love is  in the air!

Jon and I dropped the kids off at my parents house and we went out to dinner at Macaroni Grill.  We have never gone out on Valentine's day before, we usually do it another day to beat the crowds.  But this year we decided to do something different.  Let's just say we will not be doing that again with all the crowds.

 The kids got to decorate heart cookies and eat heart pizzas!



January 2012

New Year New House
After about 6 weeks of living with the in-laws and with the help of my parents we were able to find a house and move in!

This house is where we plan to be for a very long time.

(Because moving sucks. And moving twice really sucks)

Novemeber 2011

Thanksgiving

This year we had Thanksgiving at my parents' house

Snow

My little Grady potatie pants LOVES snow. We got our first snow in November and he just had to get out there as soon as he could





Sound

Jon is now part of our worship team at church.  He runs the sound board so that the band and the singers can sound their best.  Jon has always loved music and this fits him perfectly.  He is learning a lot and puts his whole heart into it.

You have to move

This is what we had to do very quickly when we found out that the house we had been renting for 2 years was foreclosed on due to the fact that the owner was not making the mortgage payment with our rent money.

We had no idea what we were going to do but we put our trust in the Lord and let him lead us.

We rented a POD to put all of our stuff in and we moved into Jon's parents house.  They were kind enough to take in us and our dogs.

We had so much help from all of our family and friends.  They helped with the moving and with keeping us laughing during this uneasy time. 

Jon was such a great leader during this time and really showed that he was going to help get us through this trying time.
