I don't know what it is about January but is is the most depressing month of the year. We just got through with the holidays and now we have nothing to look forward to for a little while. I have noticed that a lot of people are a lot sadder in January, including myself, and I don't like it. I think the weather has a lot to do with it especially here in Utah. Here are a few things that I would like to talk about:1. I have NO desire to get ready. I want to sleep in as much as possible! Every morning I push snooze and say "I won't shave my legs", then again "I will wear a hat". All because I just don't give a crap.
2. We have been trying to get pregnant and as many of you know I have a VERY hard time getting that to happen. So I have been taking clomid and it makes me CRAZY (just ask my hubs) I have every side effect of that pill which included hot flashes, nausea, moodiness, tiredness and every other crappy thing you can think of. When we decided to try for another baby I was relaxed about it and said "whatever happens, happens" but the farther you get into it with the temperatures, the ovulation tests, planning out when to get busy (which becomes a job), the hearing of other peeps getting prego easily (which I am very happy for!!) and just the overall feeling of trying and failing. I knew this was going to happen which is why I didn't really want to get "trying" again. But I know that really if it is supposed to happen it will and not in my time but God's time.
3. I REALLY hate seeing people around me so sad and down. It makes me feel so horrible and helpless not knowing what to do for them.
4. Money makes me feel crazy. I think we get to a good place and still we do not have enough money for the things that we "have" to pay for, let alone not having any "fun" money.
I know you all are wanting to call the waaaaambulance because I am whining like a baby. But I needed to vent and I felt that typing it down would help me release. I also want people to know that we all have struggles and it is OK to talk about them and not hide and pretend that you have perfect lives. I know I just need to remember what is important and strive only for that because I know that if we put our trust in Jesus Christ everything will fall into place- My pastor said "If you are right with God and all your basic needs are met then you are prospering". So let's raise our glasses and look forward to a better February!!

So do not worry about tomorrow; for tomorrow will care for itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own. Matthew 6:34
Cast your cares on the LORD and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous fall. Psalm 55:22
